From the very beginning the objective has been to create a perfect blend of reliability in everyday work, technological innovation and easy use.

Highly trained technicians assemble all Testa components by hand in its Munich factory. Because “Made in Germany” is a label that is taken very seriously by Testa. Testa’s research and development department constantly strives to not only keep up with the latest advances but to set its own trends and standards. From the first technical sketch or flowchart via a number of prototypes to the final product shipped from the Munich factory: each component that bears the name Testa has been developed in its entirety in-house. As a pioneer in FID technology, Testa has created a number of legendary based innovations that have become icons of the FID measurement technology universe.

Our Philosophy

Perfection

To achieve reliable measurement quality requires the creative interaction of cutting-edge technology, the use of only the finest electronic components and experienced craftsmanship.

Over 95 per cent of all processed parts and sub-assemblies derive from German manufacturers. Before the assembly the components are carefully selected and only those conforming to tightly defined tolerances are ultimately processed. At the end of the manufacturing process each component is not only heated out and thoroughly measured, but also has to pass an extensive linearity test and other computer aided test procedures before we can send it out.

Everyday use

The FID is often the most reliable tool in the equipment of many engineers around the world who work with it every day.

The fact that a control unit works permanently without any disturbances or operates at daily changing locations in a plug and measure mode without having lab conditions or air condition - that is the main thing in the field out there. Under rough conditions, the inner values of a measuring device are revealed. The longevity and value retention of the products often only become clear at second glance. Testa FID analyzers usually do their job so unobtrusively that you seem to forget about them. Our customers rely on their Testa FID analyzers - every day.

Technology

Naturally, the technical content, reliability and long-term value of Testa analytical systems and FIDs have been beyond question for many years. Even the most advanced technology is subject to constant improvement. Therefore, Testa takes future factory upgrades constantly into account. Thus a customer buying today can use the latest FID technology for a long time to come. Factory upgrades and repairs are subject to the same strict quality controls as new components. By saving the test protocols and measurements for every shipped system the factory can return - upon request - each component to its original new condition.
